Terms and conditions for use of the Perfectshine website (Perfectshine.co.uk) (referred to as ‘the site’ below). The Perfectshine website is managed by Perfectshine (referred to as ‘We’ below). In entering our site you as a user (‘You’) are accepting our terms and conditions.

PerfectShine are devoted to 100% customer satisfaction. Refunds in whole or part are considered and/or extended after visual inspection and discussion of customer concerns.
A full refund will be given to customers who cancel their appointment at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. If a customer cancels a job within the 24 hours prior to their scheduled window cleaning, Perfectshine reserves the right to charge a £10 fee to the customer.

Refund requests should be made within 7 days of the incorrect transaction. All refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the request being made. If we find that PerfectShine has charged your card correctly then we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the transaction.
